1. What are the cancellation and rescheduling policies?
You can reschedule your shoot once, free of charge if requested at least 48 hours prior to your shoot date.
Cancelling or rescheduling your shoot within less than 48 hours will result in Shootday keeping your deposit, since we have blocked and committed our Photographer’s time for your shoot which results in loss incurred by Shootday and our Photographers.
2. Are the edits included in the price I pay?
Yes, standard edits are included in the price you’re quoted. However, any requests for advanced edits will incur an additional fee.
3. What are the payment terms?
A 60% deposit is required to secure your shoot and reserve the family photographer’s time. The remaining 40% is due upon completion of the shoot.
4. How long do family photoshoots typically last?
Most family sessions last between 1 to 2 hours. This allows enough time to capture a variety of poses and candid moments while keeping everyone engaged and comfortable.
5. Where can we have our family photoshoot?
We can shoot at various locations, including your home, a park, or a favorite family spot. We can also suggest beautiful outdoor locations that suit your family’s style.
6. Do you provide all the images taken during the session?
Yes, we provide all the photos from the session; however, only the final edited images will be delivered as part of the selected package. Additional photos can be ordered for a fee.
7. What happens if someone in my family is sick on the day of the shoot?
We understand that health is a priority. If someone is unable to attend, please let us know, and we can either reschedule or adjust our plans to accommodate.
8. Can you help us with styling and planning for the session?
Absolutely! We can provide tips on outfit coordination, location selection, and even props that would enhance your photoshoot. Just reach out, and we’ll guide you through the planning process.
