FAQ for Corporate & Business Headshot Photography and Videography Services
1. What are the cancellation and rescheduling policies?
You can reschedule your shoot once, free of charge if requested at least 48 hours prior to your shoot date.
Cancelling or rescheduling your shoot within less than 48 hours will result in Shootday keeping your deposit, since we have blocked and committed our Photographer’s time for your shoot which results in loss incurred by Shootday and our Photographers.
2. Are the edits included in the price I pay?
Yes, standard edits are included in the price you’re quoted. However, any requests for advanced edits will incur an additional fee.
3. What are the payment terms?
A 60% deposit is required to secure your shoot and reserve the photographer’s time. The remaining 40% is due upon completion of the shoot.
4. Do you have clothes or wardrobe options available in your studio?
Unfortunately, we do not provide suits or wardrobe options in our studio. We recommend that you bring your own outfits for the shoot.
5. Is it possible to split a session across 2 days?
Unfortunately, our rates are structured based on specific photography session times and cannot be divided across two days. This policy applies to both studio and on-location shoots.
6. Do you provide all the images taken during the session?
Yes, we provide all the photos from the session; however, only the final edited images will be delivered as part of the selected package. Additional photos can be ordered for a fee.
7. Are you able to take photos at our office location?
Yes, we can take pictures at your office location. However, this may fall under a different package to account for our commute and setup costs. It’s best to reach out to us so we can fully understand your requirements.
8. We would like to have business portraits and corporate headshots of our employees taken at our office. Can we receive a custom quote for this?
