You can reschedule your shoot once, free of charge if requested at least 48 hours prior to your shoot date.
Cancelling or rescheduling your shoot within less than 48 hours will result in Shootday keeping your deposit, since we have blocked and committed our Photographer’s time for your shoot which results in loss incurred by Shootday and our Photographers.
2. Are the edits included in the price I pay?
Yes, standard edits are included in the price you’re quoted. However, any requests for advanced edits will incur an additional fee.
3. What are the payment terms?
A 60% deposit is required to secure your shoot and reserve the photographer’s time. The remaining 40% is due upon completion of the shoot.
4. Can I request specific shots or moments to be captured?
Absolutely! We encourage clients to provide a shot list of important moments they want us to focus on.
5. Do you offer drone photography and videography?
Yes, we offer drone coverage as part of event videography process for outdoor events, depending on venue restrictions and weather conditions. If you want this service, kindly let us know before the event.
6. Do you travel for events outside of your location?
Yes, we travel for events, though travel fees may apply depending on the distance.
7. What happens if the event runs longer than expected?
We offer flexible overtime options, which can be arranged beforehand or decided during the event if needed.
8. Can you accommodate different cultural or religious ceremonies?

9. Will I be able to view and select the photos I want edited?
